My friend can't open the invite link.

They need Wayfare installed and to be signed in to iCloud (Settings → your name → iCloud). Then they tap the link in Messages or Mail, and the trip opens in Wayfare. If it says the trip can't be found, ask for a fresh link from the trip's Share button.

A receipt was read wrongly.

Tap any line to fix its name or price, or add a missing one — the editor shows how far the lines are from the receipt's total so you can see when everything adds up. Flat, well-lit photos read best. Please email the photo: every misread receipt makes recognition better.

Why is a tip suggested — or not?

Wayfare suggests what's customary for that kind of place in that country, from the tipping guide. Tap the ⓘ next to the suggestion to see the reasoning. When the receipt shows a service charge, or a tip you already added on the card slip, Wayfare doesn't suggest more. Tap any other option to change it.

The suggested tip is for the wrong country.

Wayfare takes the country from the receipt, the trip's name or flag, then the currency. Give the trip the right flag (or put the city in its name) and the suggestions follow.

Can people without the app be in a trip?

Yes. Add them by name; you split their part as usual. If they install Wayfare later, they join with the invite link and pick their name from the list.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Everything is saved on your iPhone first and syncs through iCloud when you're back online.

How do I delete everything?

Delete trips in the app, or remove Wayfare's data in Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Storage. See the privacy policy for details.
